Reiki is a holistic healing practice that has been used for centuries. It’s a type of energy healing which restores balance and harmony to the energetic body resulting in improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These benefits have been proven in scientific studies.
Did the information provide clarity?
Did the information provide validation? Did the reading leave you with a sense of peace, joy, or love? Did the reading help you make sense of things? Did the reading help you decide a course of action? Do you feel empowered? Did the reading ring “true” for you? Did you feel the reader was interested in bringing out your best potential? A reader will ask questions to zero in on the information that is of most importance to you.
If you go to a doctor’s office and tell them you are sick, but don’t give any of your symptoms, the doctor will run a bunch of tests and eventually come up with a diagnosis and treatment. However, if you walk in and describe your symptoms, the doctor can eliminate a lot of unnecessary testing & information and get to the diagnosis and treatment quicker. A reading is similar. If you provide no information, the reader will get to the information you most need to hear. But with some direction, the reader can get there quicker and make the most of your time together. A reader may also ask if something is making sense to you. Readers are allowing information to flow through them to you. Sometimes the information makes no sense to the reader because it is not for them. The reader will ask because the information may be crystal clear to you. If it is, the reader does not need to get clarification for themselves and can move on to the next thing for you. If it is not clear to you, the reader can ask Spirit for more clarification until it does make sense for you. Shamanism is the practice of direct connection. Direct connection with your Soul, direct connection with the Divine, direct connection with the Earth, direct connection with the energy and essence of life in all its forms. A shaman acts as a bridge between you and that which you have disconnected from. The word shaman means “one who knows” and the work of a shaman is to restore harmony through connection.
Shamanism is not a religion, there is no worship involved. It is a way of living in direct communion with Spirit. There are shamanic traditions and teachings, but they are free from hierarchy, rules, dogma, and sin. The traditions and teachings are all designed to empower the individual to cultivate a personal relationship with Spirit. They provide a foundation from which you create. You must learn the fundamentals, but only so that you can weave them into your own design. Power and freedom are found within the discipline of shamanic practice. Shamanism is available to everyone. It is not an exclusive club. A shaman trains to expand their perception beyond the five senses and to escape the chains of time. This allows the shaman to work in all dimensions, including the physical and the spiritual. The shaman transcends limits to see the beauty in all things and rises above the judgements generated by fear. The shamanic path is timeless and loving. Following the shamanic path is simple but not easy. In its simplicity, it is the path of love and illumination. It is not easy because it requires you to dive into all the deep, dark places that most people avoid. It requires you to die and be reborn repeatedly until you understand through experience that you are eternal. It requires you to blaze your own path, rather than follow someone else’s trail. When you choose to work with a shaman, the shaman holds the vision of you as an illuminated, whole, and complete being. An essence of life with a valued place within the great web of life. The shaman holds that vision, that knowing, of you until you are able to remember and see yourself in this way. The shaman has many tools available to assist you on this sacred journey of coming home to you. As a shaman I hold powerful medicine and I am capable of magnificent dreams, however, I cannot take your medicine for you or dream your dreams for you. You must be willing to engage in the tools, to look in the mirror, to swallow your medicine and dream your own dreams. Your Spiritual Signature
Your aura is the unique energy field that surrounds you. It’s both your first level of perception and your first introduction to others. It holds a wealth of information about your health, your emotional state, your openness to connection, where your boundaries are, and your collective vibration. I call it your spiritual signature. The aura is like an invisible cloak surrounding you that you can change at will. Not interested in talking with people? Just pull your cloak in tight to your body like a second skin. It becomes a cloak of invisibility. Ready to be jump on stage and grab the mic? Send your cloak billowing out to encompass the room. It becomes the party tent where everyone’s invited. You do this with a single thought, emotion, or intention. You can actually put this to the test with a pair of divining rods. And you can practice sending your aura out and pulling it back in until you have exquisite control. But most people are unaware of how their thoughts and feelings are flowing through the aura, causing it to expand or contract. They join a meeting, nervous and uncomfortable, and don’t understand why they are never called upon to speak. They don’t realize they are wrapped in a cloak of invisibility because they’ve pulled their aura in so tight that no one senses them. If you think through your experiences, you can probably recall a time when you sensed the energy before walking into a room. Likely, there was some tension. That old saying, you could cut the tension in the room with a knife. You were sensing the auras of the people in the room. We radiate out energy as a vibration that surrounds us like a bubble. This energetic vibration is palpable. Especially when you learn how to tune into it. Most people think you have to be able to see an aura in order to read it, but that’s not true. You already perceive auras. Just get close to someone. Your auras touch one another and you get a sense of them, a first impression. The trick to learning to read auras is to acknowledge how you already perceive them and then dial that in. It’s like turning up the volume. Once you know where the dial or the buttons are, you can play with them to increase or decrease the sensation. Now all you have to do is practice. One of the best ways to learn is to play with your own aura. Practice expanding your energetic bubble out to include the people around you. Notice how they respond. Pay attention to your own thoughts and feelings as you do this. What are you projecting through your aura? What response does that get? The more you play, the more you will fine tune your ability. Reading auras is something I’ve done since I was a child, but it took intentional practice to learn to pull out all the information an aura contains. Playing with energy was my introduction to the metaphysical world. I just didn’t know that’s what I was doing back then. Now I help others tune into their own energetic field so that they can heal. When you align your energy with your soul’s desire, you create a state of flow and synchronicity. When I come to the psychic fairs, I provide photos of your aura and chakras so you can see your own spiritual signature. This gives you a reference point for your own healing journey. I read the unique highlights of your signature and give you specific recommendations to help you create the energetic alignment that brings that state of flow and synchronicity into your life. |
