The ayni despacho is a sacred gratitude ceremony to bring you into right relationship or reciprocity with the natural world.  The world mirrors back to you your state of being.  Returning to a state of ayni allows the Universe to work on your behalf and restore the flow of synchronicity.  When you are in a state of ayni with the natural world, you are able to manifest your desires with ease. 

A despacho ceremony works at the level of Spirit and raises the vibration of all involved.  It is a sacred creation of symbolic elements that becomes a living prayer, bringing a shift of energy and healing to all who participate.  It is a soft and beautiful ceremony that brings you into alignment and integrity with your highest destiny.  This ceremony will clear the path for you to be in right relationship with your home, finances, family, travel, love, friendships, career, health, and community. 

This ceremony will last about 1.5 hours. It will be held virtually via  zoom.  The link will be emailed separately after registration.

Are you ready for a day of rest, rejuvenation, and healing?

Join me for this Silent Retreat in beautiful Middle River Park.

We will start the day off with a cleansing and healing ceremony to release what no longer serves, call in the energies you seek, and rejuvinate your soul.

Spend the day in silence - no phones, no disruptions, no distractions. Be with yourself. Take a hike on one of the trails. Absorb the soothing sounds of the river. Enjoy the nurturing of Mother Earth.

You will be provided with a special kit and 30 page guided workbook to help you navigate the day and recharge your spirit.

As we enjoy the silence, we will participate in a mild fast - removing the distraction of food and allowing our digestive system to rest and reset. (The fasting is at your own discretion and not a requirement to participate, but highly recommended!)

We will circle together in the late afternoon (around 4 pm) for an integration, connection, and healing ceremony. Afterward, we will have time to reflect and enjoy one another's company as we break our fast and our silence together.

What to bring: water bottle, journal, pen, lawn chair and/or blanket, hat, sunscreen, clothing layers for the weather.

Provided for you: a special kit to help you navigate the day; water refills; all items for ceremony; soup & snacks to break your fast.

We will meet in the upper level of the Middle River Shelter and have that facility to ourselves for the entire day. We also have access to modern restrooms.  This is a large covered shelter, so we can enjoy our day no matter the weather!

I will be doing sacred destiny readings with the stone oracle - a special set of 13 stones.  This is an ancient practice of shamanic origin that is both a reading and a healing. 

The stones will speak of your current path and patterns, the obstacles in your way, the gifts waiting for you, relationships, healing, and the answers you seek. If you aren't sure what to ask, don't worry!  The stones will bring forward what you most need to know.  I will then work with the stones to shift your path and align you with your highest destiny - moving the obstacles, bringing forward the gifts, and setting the healing in motion.
